The first evening, while you’re enjoying our house-cocktail, you make yourself at home in our extremely comfortable rooms/suites.     

The following days, after breakfast, you will be given 4-times 2 hours instruction how to create eatable buffetdecoration out of vegetables.

In the afternoon you will be invited to five-o’clock-tea. Before dinner we serve one of our famous cocktails, while you will be told which savoury part of the evening menu our cook will create out of the „waste“ from the mornings carving. Together with it goes on each  evening a most lucullic seasonal meal.
